Our project went well.  This is a second home for us on the coast.  I was extremely happy with the work on the roof and the kitchen and bathroom, which was an insurance claim.  The price, quality of workmanship and repairs were excellent.  I'd highly recommend American Restoration for any work you need to have done but - especially hire them if you have an insurance claim because that is where American excels.  Working with an insurance company and trying to figure out how the policy coverages work / don't work is exhausting.  American Restoration, especially John, are experts in dealing with the insurance companies.  Chris, the site supervisor, kept us apprised of what was happening, ETA's, and moved the job forward.  Giving us the piece of mind we needed, and personal contact that set our minds at ease.  Chris coordinated a team that worked together to restore our beach home to is former condition.

When you call a company at 7:30 am with a problem and have a temporary fix to keep you in business by 10:00 am the same day, that's service! I was extremely happy with the work on the roof and the kitchen, which was an insurance claim, so I asked them to fix a window that had a cracked casing that caused the trim inside the house to warp. The window repair was not associated with the insurance claim but American did such a great job with the kitchen and roof that I asked them to fix the window. The price, quality of workmanship and repairs were excellent. I'd highly recommend American Restoration for any work you need to have done - especially hire them if you have an insurance claim because that is where American excels.

We had an oil spill in our basement which required all sorts of environmental work, etc. This company came in and did all the work to restore the basement. Not only were they very thorough, they had to do the work while we were out of town and over the phone. They did an excellent job. I would use them again.

 August 2015 we had water damage in our kitchen. American Restoration was prompt to respond. Andrew Roth worked as the lead and walked us through the whole process. Andrew was always available for questions and explained the  the process every step of the way.
We stayed in our house and all contractors were very professional and performed the work expediently.

My 1950's home had a corner of the framing completely disintegrated from dry rot and I had no idea what to do.  Andrew at American Restoration took me though the process of reconstruction and made it look like new again and our doors and windows are able to open again!  Andrew even moved all our appliances out for us, which our insurance company said we would have to hire someone else to do.  Thank you again!!
